$4.00 gas on the horizon

Hawai'i gas prices hit record high. Bloody hell. We're looking at about $3.70 per gallon here on O'ahu, but the folks on the neighboring islands are well into the $4.00 range.

It really sucks to be a driver on Lana'i right now, but it's looking like we too should be prepared to give up $4.00 per gallon before summer comes around. Nothing like a perpetual upsurge in fuel prices to suck the fun out of your weekends.
